When Neo King
Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity ascend the throne in the 30th century,
Crystal Tokyo is formed. The king and queen have a daughter, whom they
name Serenity. The little princess adapts the nickname Chibiusa..
Much like the king and queen, Luna and Artimis have a daughter. This
cute little grayish kitten is called Diana. Diana becomes the
guardian cat of Chibiusa. When Chibiusa goes to the past again to
continue her senshi training,
Diana follows after a period of time, at the permission of the queen and
her parents.
She fist appears during the Super S series. When she first arrives,
things were confusing. Luna accuses Artimis of fooling around when she
comes upon Diana snuggling against him and calling him Papa.
Diana
replaces Chibi-Usa's Luna P, and even though Diana can't turn into
different objects like Luna P, she's a good friend. She and Chibi-Usa
don't have the same kind of bond the Luna and Usagi do, but they act
like playmates.
